Frequently Asked Questions

  • Do you do one way journeys?
    Yes. We can take passengers just one way however there is a seperate price list for one way journeys which can be requested by email or phone.

  • Will I receive any form of confirmation of my booking?
    Yes. Once you have booked in with us you will receive a letter of confirmation outlining all your flight and travel arrangements through the post. We will also ring you a couple of days prior to travelling to confirm your booking.

  • What methods of payment do you accept?
    Cash or Cheque. Cheques should be made payable to 'Airport Travel Solutions'.

  • Do I need to pay a deposit before I travel?
    No. Payment can be made before your journey if you wish, however, we are happy to collect payment on either of your journeys.

  • I'm finding it hard to find a company that can do both journeys, can you suggest anything?
    We work closely with other local companies and if we can only do one of your journeys then we will ring around for you and find someone who can do the other journey. There will be no extra cost for bookings made with two companies.

  • What do we do about child seats?
    We recommend you use your own child's car seat which we will store whilst you are on holiday to use again for your return journey.

  • What happens if we break down?
    All of our passengers are covered with AA cover and should the vehicle break down all passengers will be taken to the airport along with their luggage.

  • Are we covered in case of an accident?
    Yes. We are fully insured for all passengers inline with North East Derbyshire District Council's recommended level of policy.
